Information under art.20, para. 10 of ordinance 2 of 2014 of The Ministry of Justice on the international adoprion procedure
Before the prospective adoptive parents sign a mediation agreement, they must receive information on the international adoption procedure and its completion costs from a Bulgarian accredited organization .
The required elements of this information are set out in Art. 20, para. 10 of Ordinance № 2 of 2014
In accordance with this regulation, each Bulgarian accredited organization has to indite and submit a document containing this information to the prospective adoptive parents.
